NeverWet Mill DWR preserves fabric from damaging moisture without changing the look or feel of the fabric.

NEVERWET Fluorine Free High Performance Fabric Mill Applied DWR is a one-step, superhydrophobic, multi-liquid, stain resistant treatement designed to keep textiles dry. This crystal clear formula allows fabrics to breathe, while repelling multiple liquids and stains from the surface.

  •  Protects textiles from multi-liquids and water borne stains - crystal clear formula will not change the look, feel or breathability of the fabric or other materials.

  •  Ideal for use on polyester, nylon, poly/cotton blends, canvas and other synthetics. Maintains performance for up to 40 home wash and cycles.

  •  Ideal for textile mill applications - incorporate at a 20:1 ratio in a mill bath with ph of 5-5.5.

  •  Can cover-up to 1,000 linear yards/gallon.

  •  Cures in heat tunnel at 300°F(149°C) for 5 minutes or 370°F(189°C) for 1 minute.

Cotton and Denim

NeverWet Fluorine Free Cotton and Denim Fabric Mill Applied DWR is specifically designed for outdoor fabrics, is a superhydrophobic, water-repellent, non-fluorinated alternative to short-chain fluorinated DWRs. It is a one-step heat-cured treatment, easily applied by dip or spray. It is best applied in the water bath stage in textile mills. The formula allows fabrics to breathe, while dramatically repelling liquids from the surface. Treated fabrics have been shown to maintain long term outdoor durability of superhydrophobic performance.

Features & Benefits

  •  35 laundry cycles with durable performance (>80 on AATCC 22 test protocol).

  •  Mill applied formulation with extraordinary performance specifically formulated for cotton and denim fabrics – incorporate at 10:1 ration in a mill bath with 5.0-7.0 pH.

  •  Resistant to staining from aqueous liquids such as soda, coffee, ketchup and mud.

  •  Crystal clear breathable finish.

  •  Non-yellowing on white fabrics.

  •  Cures in heat tunnel at 370°F (188°C) for 1-2 minutes. Use longer cure time and lower temperature for synthetics with a low melting point, such as olefins.

  •  Available in 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums.

Repelling Treatments

NEVERWET OLEOPHOBIC OIL REPELLING TREATMENT is a superhydrophobic and oleophobic coating system that repels water and oils from treated surfaces. This revolutionary product causes liquids to roll off of surfaces keeping items clean and dry. NeverWet can be used on metal, concrete, masonry, wood and more.

  •  Creates a surface that repels water and oils

  •  Repels chemicals such as hydraulic, machine and motor oils

  •  Helps manage flow of lubricants, oils and other liquids for easy clean-up

  •  Two part system applies by air atomized spray

  •  After base coat is applied, wait 45 minutes and apply top coat. NeverWet will repel water after 30 minutes. Wait 12 hours for optimal performance.

  •  Oleophobic Top Coat can be used with either Multi-Surface Base Coat or Heavy Duty Base Coat

For Best Results : Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dirt, oil, grease or other contaminants.

MULTI-SURFACE INDUSTRIAL

NEVERWET MULTI-SURFACE INDUSTRIAL is a superhydrophobic treatment that dramatically repels water, mud, ice and other liquids. This revolutionary new class of coatings cause water to form nearly perfect spheres which roll off the surface keeping items dry and clean. NeverWet is a two part treatment consisting of a base coat and top coat that work best on wood, metal, concrete and masonry. The treatment dries to a flat milky haze.
